1. Widerrufsfrist: 14 Tage
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract without giving any reasons.
2. Return costs: Free
Since we exclusively deliver digital products (software licenses, activation codes), no return shipping costs apply. In the event of a justified withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price in full.
3. Special Conditions for Digital Content
According to § 356 Abs. 5 BGB, the right of withdrawal for digital content expires if:
- you have agreed to the immediate execution of the contract, AND
- You have confirmed that by beginning the execution (download/activation) you lose your right of withdrawal

- VOR Activation/Download: Full refund possible
- NACH Aktivierung/Download: Kein Widerrufsrecht mehr (gesetzlich ausgeschlossen)
